Bleeding in abortions with pills will be different from person to person. No two abortions are the same.

Some people may bleed after mifepristone. If this happens, continuing the process with misoprostol is recommended.

Bleeding usually starts within a few hours of taking misoprostol. However, it can take up to 24 hours to begin.
