Yes. You can get pregnant and have children after taking abortion pills. Abortion pills have no impact on future fertility. They also don’t affect the health of later pregnancies. The process is the same as it would be with a miscarriage.

You can get pregnant in as little as 8-10 days after an abortion, which is when ovulation returns. That’s when the ovary releases an egg. If you have penis-in-vagina sex around the ovulation, it’s possible to get pregnant. Using some form of protection can help you prevent that.
