Long-term Follow up research

Thank you so much for your willingness to participate in this long-term follow up research. Your answers to the questions will help gain more understanding how you are doing since you used our service and the COVID pandemic. The questionnaire will take 5 to 10 minutes of your time and is anonymous.  

The questions will ask about different aspects of your life; the quality of your life; living and working conditions at the time of using Women on Web, before COVID and now. If you are unsure how to answer a question, please choose the one that appears most appropriate. This can often be your first response. If you feel uncomfortable answering any of the questions, you can leave them open.
