임신 초기 12주 이내라면 추가 약물이 필요하지 않습니다.
임신 13주 이상인 경우이며, 향후 만삭까지 임신할 가능성이 있다면, 임신중지 후 72시간 이내에 Anti-D 주사를 맞아야 합니다. 의료진에게 혈액형이 Rh 음성이며, 유산을 경험했다고 말씀하시면 Anti-D 주사를 맞을 수 있습니다. 이는 향후 만삭까지 임신했을 때 Rh 음성 혈액형과 관련된 합병증을 예방해 줍니다.
