i had an abortion pill and was very relieved that I could do this by myself (apart from the first pill that I had to take in the clinic), without the surgery. Everything went "by the book", it was painful but not extremely. It was not a difficult decision to make, that of course also helped a lot. The docters in the clinic were very helpful and kind, although I felt very "stupid" that I was pregnant in the first place, being 40 and a mother of three kids. I should have known better then being so careless. Nevertheless, I feel very lucky (and proud) that here in The Netherlands abortion is legal, and that the docters, friends and other people around me were not at all judgemental.

My husband and I feel our familiy is complete now. Our children are 11, 8 and 5. The age difference bestween the youngest and the baby would be almost 6 years, that didn't feel right.
