maniaI had an abortion and I do not regret it. I wasn't ready to have a child. I was 20, had just started my studies, I did't have neither job nor home of my own. In future I really want to have children, and I wanted then, but I also want to create a real home and family for them. It will be possibel, when I finish my education, get good job etc. If I had a child then, all of it wouldn't be possible. I'm planing to have a child in about 3 years. My decision to have an abortion made me able to become a responsible mother in future.

My boyfriend was wonderful and I knew, he would support me, whatever decision I make. (he was my boyfrien then, and still is) My mother was the second person to know I was pregnant, and she fixed up the surgery for me. my sister, and my closest friends all respected my decision.
Type of abortion: in a clinic or hospital with surgery
The gynecologist, who did the abortion, is a friend of my family, so I was in careful hands. Moreover, he is real profesionalist and I did not have to worry that he will mess the thing up. It was made in public hospital - few little lies of the gynecologist and everything was done as it was legal, as if I had miscarriaged. To save me unpleasant experience, I was anaesthetized.
