I was young and in Georgia when I got pregnant. Luckily I could go back home to NY to have my abortion. When I went for my follow up visit, I heard the screams of protesters telling me, "don't kill your baby". This mobilzed me to work towards keeping abortion safe and legal and being someone women could talk to honestly about their choices of parenting.

Having the ability to make a decision on my own body was a powerful moment in my life. It was a life changing moment for me and I am honored to be part of other women's moments of clarity.
